  I was disappointed this watch is not new, as stated in the auction. The watch looked dirty around the battery and watch backing. The leather band also showed signs of wear. My jewelry store confirmed that it had been worn and used. The watch was packed and shipped well; no problems there. I would return the watch, an option listed in the auction and also reiterated by the seller by a message, except the shipping cost would be more than the price of the watch.
