Actually, due to a disruption in our normal shipping process, this buyer received a different item than he ordered. It wasn't a case of an item that was never shipped or was lost. The person who received his item instead would not participate in the return or exchange process. So, upon returning the wrong item he received, we issued the full refund to him.
