    Trike came with a broken part, then wrong replacement part was supposedly shipped. Has been over a month since trike arrived, seller just says be patient. They won't do phone calls even though we said call any time. ZERO for customer service.

    I had a problem with the rear brake caliper. After a repair the caliper is working marginally. Following the owner manual for setting up the shimano gear shifter resulted in access to a limited range of gears. No amount of adjusting would allow access to the entire range of gears. Through trial and error I discovered a different way to set up the shifter that works much better.
