This was a brand new in box product. Unless it was damaged in shipping I don't understand the quality fair comment. Also, I don't do free shipping and I tried to reflect that in my price. There were other sellers who did offer free shipping if that was an issue. I have never used either and did not say anything about the results of using this product.
