  I was so disappointed that the lights didn't work. The seller doesn't accept returns and I made the mistake of thinking the lights would work on the ornament. I never got response when I contacted the seller so this was a negative experience for sure.

  Responded to this customer 20 mins. after she emailed me, so I don't understand why she would say otherwise, other than to willfully tarnish my good reputation. I apologized and asked if she used the right connection (suspecting user error) if so, Np she could mail it back for a refund. She did not respond, but instead left a negative review. Though it is my policy not to accept returns I have never denied one in 8 yrs. reasonable or not. My record speaks for itself. This says more about her
