  I had an issue with shipping. The seller advertises FED Ex ground, but the package is pass on to post office. During this transaction, my package was lost. Contacted seller for assistance and had no response. Spent over an hour at my local post office trying to resolve the issue. Followed up again with seller hours later with still no response. This was yesterday 8/19/25, as of today 08/20/25 still no response from seller. Package was located and, in my possession. Poor customer service!
