  It was well packed and arrived quickly. A little disappointed that it has a small crack in it that was not mentioned in the description and didn't show in the pictures. It is still usable and I am sure it will work fine. I did ask the seller if it had any chips or cracks before I bought it, but did not get an answer.

  I've used this item for 2 months now. I had very thin fine hair almost to having the top of my head looking bald. In 2 months. My hair is thicker for her and it's more coverage. This isn't just my observation. It is my hairdressers. This item does work. In new condition. Still wrapped. Excellent value for the money. Appears to be new and original. A great find.
