  Item arrived within stated shipping timeframe. Outer box had some notable wear, but not more than expected for open-box condition. Was concerned when the inner electronics envelope was for another brand (Gigabyte), but card itself looked new with all static protection wraps still in place and no signs of use/wear. Accessories were all accounted for. Installed a few days ago in a new PC build and working great!
