Listing said the item is new. The box was not factory sealed. The item itself plastic wrap from the factory was galling off. The accessories provided with the item were just put inside the box not packaged. The factory box has seen better days. New is new not like new.

Sorry you were not happy. I want to clarify that this item is brand new, these boxes are never “factory sealed”. If you are not satisfied I have a no questions asked return policy through eBay. Customer service is always my #1 priority
