  Item was not as described., seller hides fault on the laptop and behaves innocently I bought a laptop and the Gpu was faulty clearly showing on device manager but seller hides it in the pictures and sold it , just two days later the graphic card goes off and the laptop became useless , seller then tells me to return the product the way it was knowing very well the laptop has come neared to its end of its life , bad customer service and wouldn’t recommend this seller to any buyer …….😡😡😡😡

  The package arrived today, but the outer box had been cut on both sides which exposed the contents. Upon examination, it appears that the computer and charger were Not damaged. Just wanted to inform you about this condition. I'm aware that you mentioned the box was torn, but this situation was much worse !!!!
