Bad packaging. The sheet was not secure, a corner was bent from the way they packaged it. No plastic to stop it from getting wet either just a sheet trapped between two cardboard layers.

The listing clearly showed a crease in the corner. We have shipped literally tens of thousands of pieces of art like this with no issues. It didn't arrive wet or bent, therefore an unnecessary feedback rating unfortunately. Any problems ebay advises that buyers contact sellers. Sadly no contact from this buyer at all.
