  Seller listed this as , “Poncho is in very good condition with moderate wear. Comes as shown.” I don’t know ANYONE who considers repeated areas of dried paint staining the fabric as “good condition” or would qualify as “wear”. No way the seller couldn’t see the paint adhered to it and of course posted NO PICTURES OR INFORMATION IN AD HIGHLIGHTING THE DAMAGE so any buyer would be specifically aware of it. Instead far away pictures are posted of the damaged side while good side is close up. FRAUD.

  We contacted the buyer privately, and offered a return with a full refund upon arrival to our facility. We would have taken the same steps to rectify the issue had they contacted us initially. We take negative feedback seriously, and do everything we can to make mistakes right with our customers.
