    Never received the shipment, seller chose to use a generic shipping company, Yun Express who dropped off the package to a location unknown from our building. Seller was no help, just keeps saying it was delivered in our parcel area, which we don't have. This has went on for over a month, with just generic response from seller. Ship company provided a picture of the shipment drop location, which does not match anything around our units. Seller said they won't refund because it shows delivered.
