    Ordered T-shirt £7.61. Ten days later, no sign of it, requested a REPLACEMENT be sent. After two days my 'Item Not Received' request got no answer but an unwanted refund was suddenly issued without explanation. Item price has meanwhile increased to £8.95. I have purchased from this seller many times in the past without any problems but on this occasion, this was not a satisfactory outcome. I appreciate they are a high volume seller but they appear to have admin staff issues.
