    Most of my listings consist of lost and recovered freight. Though not an expert in all of the products I sell I do try to be as thorough as possible with my descriptions through product research. Most all products are new, open box, out of box or where the packaging is distressed. My business is not so much income producing as it is earning a good reputation, turning buyers into satisfied repeat customers. More customers means more sales which allows me to keep my prices in most every case below my competition. If a lower price is found on any of my products and brought to my attention, I will adjust mine accordingly.
    I treat each and every customer with the same quality of service as I would expect myself. I commit to go above and beyond in addressing any concerns with the products I sell.
    With rare exceptions, SHIPPING IS ALWAYS FREE.
