  🚨 BUYER BEWARE 🚨 phone is advertised as unlocked however when I put my Sim card into it my existing data plan with T-Mobile would not program into the device as if there is some sort of software that prohibits it. Phone itself works fine (all buttons and screen functions) but not being able to actually use it to make phone calls and send texts is a massive let down and the phone wasn't cheap. Perhaps because its refurbished? I dont know
