    There are many problems with this laptop. The SSD hard drive is not 1 TB as you described. It's only 960 GB and this SSD only has 58% health, it got overheat in less than 3 minutes. The laptop battery ran out of charge very quickly and also the BIOS battery is dead. These problems are not described in your item description. You have to be transparent to buyers. I asked you for a partial refund for these problems because I don't have time to bring to the post office for return.
