  I bought this toy for my nephew and didn't open the box to add batteries until I was getting ready to wrap the toy. The toy listing said it had been tested, but did not function properly and had broken pieces from not being wrapped properly for delivery. Upon inspection 3 out of the 4 lightbulbs had shattered. Because I didn't contact within the 30 days the seller refused a return. I would not buy from this seller!
