I purchased my item 4/21 and was told it would take up to 10 days for the seller to send the item. The seller said it was shipped 12 days later on May 3. On May 9 I notified the seller that I hadn't yet received the item, and I asked for the tracking information. I never heard back from the seller. On May 13 I again asked the seller to please send the tracking info. Still no response from the seller. I opened a case with EBAY on 5/15 and was issued a refund.
