    I had purchased a coil, installed it and attempted to attach the kill wire to the tab. The tab came off in my hand. I ordered another coil, explained what had happen and to ensure the new tab was secure. I was asked to send pictures of the bad coil which I did. They sent me a reply the next morning telling me they would give me a refund on the old coil. I didn't ask for the refund initially because it was an electrical item. Autoparts customer service is outstanding! I would definitely buy again
