    Seller is not able to send packages within the promised time. US tariffs have significantly impacted shipping. I’ve asked the seller several times to refund me my money after I saw on the logistics for shipping that the item had been sent back to their main location several times and would not make the promised shipping time. Seller is refusing to give me a refund nor are they responding. I understand the situation, but if you are unable to send item than a refund must be given.
