    Great folks, ordered printer was missing parts they sent them as soon as I messaged them no problems, the printer as most of these are was only improperly setup, 9 hours print time, best value buy your printer broke and fix it, your gonna need to fix things anyways might as well start by learning the whole process of diagnosis and verification through testing. The CR and K series printers are all top shelf parts and have many little upgrades you end up needing. Good business!
