Seller never responded. Seller refused to refund the item back on June 11th when the item went past its original estimated arrival date. Since eBay extended the estimated arrival date until July 9th (nearly one month later) , I ended up having to wait until today, July 16th, to receive my refund. Claim process took much too long. Totally unacceptable process.

I just checked the tracking status and as of today the shipper hasn't even shipped the item yet. Very slow service indeed.
