  Very pleased with the quality which is better than the pictures suggested - a very firm and stab le tripod. The condition when received was excellent. Good wrapping, a solid box and a good zippered cover. This item was excellent value and the blue colour looks good too. Unfortunately the parcel tracking system went quiet for 4 days which made planning for parcel arrival a little haphazard.

  hello, i have received the item of a wrong size, i sent them a link to their own shop so they could send me the correct item , but they were asking if i would receive a full refund, when i agreed - the money was never refunded and numerous attempts to contacts them, they have not responded to.
