    needed to return this item as it was hard metal but not clearly disclosed as such - but i couldn't get into ebay due to what seemed to be tech issues so missed the closing date for return. Neither seller nor Ebay would allow me to return item which I think was completely unfair. I've been a really good customer to Ebay. Their technology is a mess and there are other issues besides this one that make it difficult to deal with them. So disappointed!
