Item was delivered in Amazon packaging with an Amazon gift receipt. Screen protector did not fit my phone. It was too small where the curves on the glass didn't match the curves on the screen protector despite being the right model. No returns so I am out half of my money as the Amazon gift receipt is for half the price charged on Ebay.
