    First item had been folded into three and posted without any packaging and so arrived very damaged and unusable. Despite several communications for a refund they firstly offered a derisory discount and sent another. I had serious doubts as to whether they could send one undamaged but I did receive a second one. This time it was folded into two but still with no packaging (a lesson not learnt) and this one arrived a little less damaged. Would not want to deal with them again.
