Item is as expected and seems to be working fine, I got a case, etc. for it now. It arrived in a small but double packed box. No sim ejection tool but I eventually got it open, Verizon was quite happy to put in a SIM card and transfer the number. Not sure why a second SIM slot instead of a micro SD, but getting 512GB alleviates storage issues. Screen was fine, minor spots on back but Otter Box Defender covers them, as planned.
