    Goods received were exactly as described. Very good quality. The shoes came packaged in bubble wrap and plastic wrap but no box. As a result the shoes were received with one heel protruding from the package through a torn outer packaging layer. Goods arrived a day earlier than expected, but we're dropped on the front porch where they sat in the rain for a few hours, rather than at the covered side door where they would have been protected. The front stairs are actually blocked off

    I’m sorry the Canadian courier didn’t leave the shoes in the correct place and these were sold via the eBay global shipping so you may find that they repackaged the shoes - I do feel the feedback is harsh for the services of the courier not being up to standard. Kind regards Clare
