The Delivery company DPD had crushed the packaging and damaged the shoots, snapping some of them off and crushing the leaves. Seller had been very helpful once notified. I re potted the tree on arrival, trimmed the split shoots back, watered well and popped it in the green house. Leaves are recovering. Over all I’m happy with the tree despite losing some shoots.
