About us

Hello, my name is Leo and I am a disabled Vietnam Veteran. My wife, Heidemarie, and I started a crafting business in 2014. Since we have been in business for 10 years, we decided to expand to include clothing and accessories. Items are all new. I still hand embroiders all the linens. Be sure to check out some of the table ensembles. Heidemarie does all the other stitching and crocheting. We have a service dog in the house, a German Shepherd. It is a smoke free home. If you find fur on your item, we apologize in advance. The dog is next to us all the time. We do our best to keep everything fur free. We also have cats in the home. We rescue animals.

The WX (weather alert) menu button only allows the setting and unsetting of the WX mode, setting the clock or the freq/channel mode of NOAA is not working on this sample, the radio otherwise works normally, the clock and Freq setting while in the NOAA band is not adjustable, I know it's possible on other samples as I've used the feature on other (working) samples of the ER10. Categorically, this resembles a new unit, but functionally, it's a defective unit regardless of it being new or used.

I am sorry to hear about the issues. My husband checked it out and all the features worked on it. It was not defective when it went out the door. We we used the unit for two days and it worked.
