    Got the package but nothing was instead the box it has to be the worst shipping I have ever seen in my life 2 tiny strips of tape keeping the box closed well nothing was inside the box it came open with paper instead instead of it im very disappointed I spent $102 on a box i want a refund! Poor shipping & no item.

    I have shipped hundred’s of packages through the years on EBay. I would not ship a Tory Burch backpack with 2 pieces of tape holding it together or any package for that matter. The package has been damaged or vandalized obviously along the way. I offered to try to meet the customer halfway with the unfortunate circumstance but it seems it’s more important to place all the blame on me stating I shipped that way and to leave negative feedback.
