  Item was well packed when shipped but I am leaving negative feedback because the description said that the item was in new condition and not used, but I could tell that it was used. When I plugged it in I could smell the hair products that were used by the previous person and there were grease smudges on the brush. Item should have been labeled and priced as used instead of new.
