  Although this is a preowned item it looks good and reflects its description of being reconditioned when using the switch and listening to the motor and drive. This was best packaged item for shipment that I have seen. I am very pleased with the condition and the value. Great item and seller.

  I paid too much based on sellers incorrect description of Roots leather duffel bag 22 inch, which is the Roots large size bag. The actual item which I received was the 18 1/2 inch bag which Roots calls their small size duffel bag and retails for $100 less. Even the FedEx tracking site showed the package measuring only 18 1/2 inches in length. I am going to keep the duffel bag as I can use it for most purposes, but it is not what I really wanted, or paid for.

  Buyer didn't bother to simply reach out to me about my mistake, and despite getting an almost 50% discount, I would've still refunded to a point where they were happy with what they bought.
