  USPS is, unfortunately not getting better. That said, this is a cute little coat but I had a tough time getting my Bitty baby's arms in the sleeves. Once they were in, cute! cute! cute! Just know you'll have to help your little ones get it on their baby. Fits my 17" Effanbee doll much better. As described for sure, seller took extra pictures at my request. Happy with my purchase.
