    There are 2 problems: A big piece of plastic is cracked and missing at the bottom that exposed the USB and SD slot. and 2 missing rubber feets from the bottom. These problems are not described in your item description. You have to be transparent to buyers. I asked you for a partial refund for these problems because I don't have time to bring to the post office for return.

    Hello, we are very sorry but this laptop arrived exactly as it was advertised in the listing. Both in the gallery photos, as well as the multiple condition descriptions, the damage present on this laptop was noted in 2 separate spots within the listing details. We would like to argue this feedback as we were very clear in our listing about the damages present on this laptop.
