  I sent a text to the seller after the item arrived telling her that the item was not a true size and that it had shrunk. Her reply was that she had bought it second hand from someone else. NO SATISFACTION WITH SELLER AT ALL !!

  I'm sorry you feel that way, however when you messaged me stating to not wash items in hot water or to put them in the dryer, I told you I've had the nightgown for years and had bought it second hand myself and had no way of knowing how the original owner washed the item and never heard back from you.
