      Seller bent over backward to try to resolve the duration after the item arrived damaged in shipping, even though the item was packaged with care. This stuff sometimes happens and does not reflect on the seller. He attempted to source a replacement, also offered a repair, but ultimately we decided on a refund, which the seller gladly offered.       Product was exactly what I wanted but there was a small scratch on the bottom that wasn’t in the pictures Seller offered a full refund and was very responsive but I choose to keep it Would still purchase from the seller again just would ask for more detailed pictures
