    Ordered on the 8th May - was told that delivery would be by the 14th. I queried the non arrival on the 14th, and was told that it had been despatched. When the goods eventually arrived, close examination of the packing note showed that it wasn't even printed until the 14th May - later the tracking confirmed that it wasn't despatched until the 14th - the day I queried the non arrival. I have had good service from this company before - disappointing that they let me down on this occasion.

    My order didn't arrive by the advised date. On notification, Ann-Marie immediately suggested that she sent a replacement via tracked 48 hour signed-for service. The order was delievered exactly as she planned to my complete satisfaction. Things happen and stuff goes wrong. What really matters is how a supplier deals with it. In this case it was exemplary and will use again.
