They didn't actually have the stock, so although they offered some alternatives ultimately had to cancel the order. I thought, OK, fair enough, then I saw that the order says 'cancelled by customer request', that isn't right. It's your issue having items listed then not actually carrying them, I don't appreciate that statement. Hence this feedback.
