  My Oleander "PLANTS" arrived as cuttings with extremely small roots. Had to go immediately to Garden Centre to purchase pots & suitable growing medium. DO NOT see this as a problem but was surprised & needed to react quickly. Since planting all the cuttings are showing signs that the journey wrapped in wet kitchen roll ,plastic bags & stout corrugated cardboard has not prevented them from thriving in G.B. I just pray that the first flowers will make it all worthwhile
