I WAS INTERESTED IN BUYING 2 x DUVETS @ £115 EACH TOTALLING TO £230. I MESSAGED SELLER TO SEE IF THEY COULD DISCOUNT A LITTLE OFF FOR THE 2. NO REPLY SO I DID BUY THEM. AFTER SO MANY DAYS THEY HADN’T ARRIVED SO I REQUESTED TO CANCEL ORDER. THE SELLER THEN GOT IN TOUCH AND OFFERED 10% OFF TO KEEP ORDER. I DECIDED TO KEEP ORDER AS LONG AS THEY WERE POSTED OUT ASAP AS I WANTED THEM URGENTLY. THEY DID ARRIVE WITHIN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS BUT SADLY NO SIGN OF THE 10% REFUND AND NO COMMUNICATION.

I’M GIVING POSITIVE FEEDBACK FOR A CUSHION I ORDERED AS IT WAS DELIVERED TO ME WITHIN A WEEK AND IT WAS AS DESCRIBED. SADLY IT WAS NOT SUITABLE AND I RETURNED THE CUSHION FOR A REFUND. I NEVER GOT THE REFUND AND EBAY MESSAGED ME TO SEE IF I NEEDED THEM TO GET IT FOR ME - WHICH I DID AND I GOT MY REFUND. SELLER’S COMMUNICATION IS SHOCKING FOR A BUSINESS AND COULD DO WITH IMPROVING AS THIS COULD LEAD TO NEUTRAL OR EVEN NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AND NO ONE WANTS THAT!!!
