    Description clearly states UNTESTED. HOWEVER ALL 45's are visually inspected by me personally for warps, scratches, etc. 45's with obvious defects DO NOT get listed. There was no deception here on my part. Buyer never asked any questions prior to purchase. Buy never contacted me afterward to see if the problem could be resolved somehow-buyer went straight to negative feedback instead. Buyer doesn't use good business practices and put forth no effort in this case to do such.
