This action was taken with clear hope that their offense would go unnoticed by an inspecting buyer. Showed No willingness to take responsibility for their actions nor did they make any attempts to fulfill the complete order. I would caution other buyers to stay away from a seller like this.

When discovered, they took no responsibility for this dishonest behavior, though they clearly knew what they were doing. Finally, they made no attempts to provide the missing items as request (but instead provided a minimal refund that did not cover the cost of finding replacement parts. With so many other sellers selling similar items, I would strongly caution buyers to take risks with this one.
