Absolute horrible communication. Seller finally stated had death in family but no elaboration, no apology for inconvenience, no mention of refund or anything. Needed item for a wedding & had to pivot quickly to get something else in time. Very disappointed in communication. Bad business no matter the excuse.

Well, I still haven’t received my order yet. It’s been two weeks which is appalling for shipping. I’ve left two messages with the seller no response. They did not provide a tracking number. Communication would’ve been wonderful and providing a tracking number, but they failed to do so. I hope I receive my package if not, oh well, probably will not buy from this person again for the simple fact they can’t even communicate
