    The first time I ordered this tv, there was a crack in the screen, but they made the refund process really painless and I ordered another one, and this one turned out great. $750 for a 65 in OLED TV is really good value, the only weakness is full screen brightness. When the color white fills the screen it looks kind of dim, but for any typical scene in a movie or YouTube video the screen looks great. There was no burn in, however there was some image retention which a maintenance cycle fixed.
