They accept orders for items not in stock , keep your money and don't provide a refund for over a month. Cause distress and upset, stay away , very bad sellers should be banned from ebay

This made me very sad reading this, model clearly advertised as "awaiting re stock" with expected delivery date in listing description, which is next week the bulk of these arrive to us. Buyer requested refund before dispatch by date of 08/05, so we refunded them. It is a shame buyer never read listing description & understood how eBay works, if you commit to buy then you are agreeing the terms of listing, 45 day dispatch window in this one for good reason. Really, nearly 23,000 say opposite!
