The poster took a couple of weeks to arrive and when it did it was in a triagle shaped box and the poster was also creased at one end making it unable to frame, was way past my sons birthday which I had hope to give it to him for.

"10 Business Days to ship" as indicated is indeed a couple of weeks. A sturdy tubular (triangular box) is the industry standard for mailing posters. You have the right to return the product and get your money back instead you left negative feedback without even informing us of the problem. Thanks a lot! Product/s damaged from handling is not what we expect from UPS and was certainly out of our control.
