    This seller has been inconsistent with their service. My husband and I ordered the same item in different sizes, two weeks apart. My husband ordered first, and we received tracking numbers on the same day. However, his package has never reached the carrier. He has reached out multiple times, but they never respond. It’s not professional to treat customers differently. The item is as described, but I would love to have my husband’s so we can complete the set.
