    Problems with UPS on shipping. UPS lost item for about a week when it did show up the package was broken open and 1 of the 2 items was missing. Seller was very responsive throughout the transaction and refunded the purchase price. Seller did all that he could do.

I was a little nervous that something would break in shipping (as this was a large, ceramic piece with odd bits and pieces) but everything got here in one piece. Packaged very well and upon inspection there are no paint chips or missing items. The item is as exactly as described. Very happy with this purchase and can’t wait to see how it looks with the rest of our Christmas village.
